Our games are scheduled just like movies — the show must go on! Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your showtime to check in, sign waivers, and grab a drink. Your game begins and the door closes at your scheduled start time, so late arrivals may lose game time and aren't guaranteed their full 60 minutes. Running late? Call us ASAP and we may be able to arrange a later start.

Of course! We suggest designating one person to place the booking for your entire group. Rooms are first-come, first-serve, so book in advance. And every room is private — whether you have 4 or 8 people, it's just your crew.

You and your team have 60 minutes to complete the room's objective. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, handle waivers, and grab drinks before you enter.

Short answer: no — that doesn't sound safe (or legal!). The door is "locked" for the story, but every room has an exit button and you're free to leave at any time. Leaving early does disqualify record times, though. 😉

Each room includes a different number of hints based on its difficulty. Our game masters tune the help and pacing to your group — whether you're chasing a record or just here for a great time — so you get the perfect balance of challenge and fun.

That said, we're not sticklers about it! If you want more hints, we'll give you more hints — we'd rather you have a great time than sit stuck. The only catch: once you've gone past the included hints, we can't count your time toward the leaderboard.

That's okay — many groups don't escape their first time! You'll still get a fun, complete experience, and our staff will walk you through anything you missed.

Nope. Escape rooms are about teamwork and communication, not being a genius. Every crew brings something different to the table.

None of our rooms are horror-themed, but some keep the atmosphere suspenseful. Pandorum is dark with a few surprise elements, and CSI: Suburban Serial Killer has optional "scares" like door slams and sound effects.

We recommend ages 10 and up — younger escapers are welcome, but some puzzles may be tricky for them to solve alone. Anyone 16+ can play without an adult in the room; under 18 needs an adult to sign the liability waiver. We love multi-generational groups — everyone has something unique to offer!

Yes! Our rooms are family-friendly and designed for groups. Trapped in Neverland and Outlawed are especially popular with families.

Never. All of our escape rooms are 100% private — whether your booking has 4 people or 8, you will not be placed with other guests.

Absolutely — we encourage it! Waiting on your group or just passing through? Hang up front with us. We've got board games, refreshments, and staff who will happily talk your ears off.

Yes. Every room has an exit button, you can leave at any time, and staff monitor all games for safety. You are never actually locked in.

You're welcome to have your phone with you, but if you need to use it, please step outside the room (remember — the door isn't really locked) so the game isn't disrupted.

No photos, videos, stories, streams, or recordings of any kind inside the rooms — it keeps the mystery alive for future escapers. We'll happily take a group photo up front after your game!

E-cigarettes and vape pens aren't permitted anywhere on the premises, for the safety of our guests and staff.
